Ginny’s work has become an extremely useful and necessary part of our business in the last couple of years. The maps Ginny produces are an invaluable resource for all viticultural (permanent and casual) and wine making staff, especially during harvest time where extra hands are bought in who are unfamiliar with our own and our many grower vineyards. Also, with cropping caps the weighting on an accurate estimation process has increased. With GPS’d hectares we can now fully rely on this part of the equation being accurate. Ginny herself has been contracted to undertake crop estimation for many companies so understands this process and appreciates the importance of it.

I work long hours during the week away from the vineyard, and most evenings and weekends in the vineyard - so I did not have a lot of spare time to prepare for the SWNZ audit. Even if I did have the time, I would have struggled to do it anyway as I do not do computers at all!!
I called Ginny from Vititech to help me with the task and it was a stress free experience. It took a couple of hours to do the scorecard and could not have been easier.
