We GPS your vineyard farm or orchard using one of three field units depending on your environment. We have recently purchased a new survey-grade GNSS RTK rover with tilt compensation.

Our maps provide as much information as required by the client including variety, clones, rootstock, vine and row spacing, hazards, chemical sheds, irrigation and of course Health and Safety to name a few. Any item or group of items can be added on a separate layer so the client can choose which version of their map they wish to view at the click of a button. Vititech uses an inexpensive easy to use program to draw the maps and as we do not retain ownership of the map or any data we collect we encourage our clients to purchase the program thus enabling them to alter and change the maps as necessary.
We also send our clients a KML file and a shapefile (any format they require) so that they can import their information into other programs, harvesters tractors and so on for use in the field. Our maps can be viewed as a pdf and uploaded into any tablet or phone for ease of use.
We can assist you and take all the stress and worry out of preparing for the SWNZ audit.
Assist you with your Scorecard online. It is not necessary for us to visit your property as we can fill out the scorecard over the phone.
Assist you to enter the vineyard spray diary into Grapelink and declare.
Guide you through the vineyard registration or again do this for you.
Maps – We GPS the vineyard or use existing plans to make a map of the vineyard giving accurate hectares/boundaries/irrigation/hazards/creeks/ neighbors/school bus routes etc. A property spray plan is also included.
Pre Audit Preparation – We can guide you with obtaining the necessary documents and help you through the audit process. It can be very daunting for a new grower to understand the SWNZ process.
Audit – Ginny can be present at the audit if required.
We provide basic computer assistance – setup of internet and installation of equipment and programs etc.
You can learn computer skills in the comfort of your own home at your own pace.
Administration assistance – we can assist with your GST returns using Xero, Bank link or an old fashioned ledger.
We can also take care of your invoicing and coding as well.

Vititech offers a Health and Safety Management Plan tailored for your business.
We also do an internal Health and Safety audit to ensure that you have everything in place to become ACC compliant with the goal of reducing your ACC Levies by up to 20%.
After the audit, we assist you with making your work environment a safer place.
Should you wish to become ACC and OSH compliant, we give you a list of ASA’s who can give you an official audit.
Vititech will also make a Hazard and Risk map of your property for use with Contractor and Visitor inductions.
Note: Even though Vititech assists you with Health and Safety and setting up of your own system, we are unable to audit you in an official capacity.

Vititech offers you multi spectral imagery using a Micasense Red Edge camera giving you invaluable information on the vineyard or crop you wish to capture.
Using Multi spectral imagery we can also offer you vine counts as well as pin pointing issues within your vineyard down to actual vine and crop health.

Vititech can assist you with your MTOP (Maritime Operator Transport Plans). It is a long way from the vineyard but living in the area makes it a logical step.
I will visit your operation and go over the running of the business and draw up a draft operational plan for you to review. Once you are happy the plan is finalized and sent to MNZ and you are given the hard copies and computer files. Each client will get a Base & Vessel manual and a word file for safe keeping.
